A high resolution 36 mega pixel camera is capable of capturing images under white light and UV light.

The camera does not have a UV filter and hence UV light images are captured in perfect detail.

Images are cleaned up, and presented in in a digital format and as hardcopy prints.

Two systems are available forCore Imaging.

HIGH RESOLUTION DIGITAL IMAGING

  • 1 m of core is layed out
  • 6 inch images are taken under white and UV light.
  • Images are montaged together to give a 1 m high resolution image
  • Images are cleaned up, and presented in in a digital format having individual 6 inch images and composite 1 m images


LOW COST DIGITAL IMAGING

  • 4 m of core is layed out
  • Single shot images are taken under white and UV light
  • Images are cleaned up, annotated & presented in a catalogue format
